Senior Odoo Consultant

Project Leadership & Implementation:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP solutions across various modules (e.g., Accounting, Sales, Inventory, Purchase, HR, Manufacturing).
• Conduct business process analysis, gap assessments, and prepare detailed implementation plans.
• Configure and implement Odoo modules to align with client-specific requirements.
• Oversee and participate in data migration, system testing, and go-live activities.
• Provide strategic input into system architecture, integrations, and module selection.
• Strong skills in development tasks' design -for additional features that do not exist in Odoo- for the technical team, test them, and deliver them to the client.

Client Consultation & Advisory:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable Odoo solutions.
• Advise clients on best practices, process improvements, and system optimization.
• Deliver presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, support, PMO) to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor project milestones, scope, and deliverables.
• Report project status to internal stakeholders and clients.

• Deliver structured training sessions to end-users and key stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support and handle escalated issues.
• Create user documentation, functional specifications, and change requests as needed.

Technical & Business Knowledge:

• 3–6+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Odoo ERP solutions.
• Strong understanding of Odoo functional modules, especially in business-critical areas (Accounting, Inventory, Sales, MRP, POS, HR, etc.).
• Proficiency in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Proven experience managing ERP projects and working closely with both clients and development teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead workshops and demos.
• Ability to travel occasionally between client sites in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
• An advanced and Conversational level in English is a must.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Accounting knowledge is a Must.
• Relevant certifications in Odoo or PMP are a plus.
