The Sales Account Manager will play a key role in driving growth and revenue through the identification and development of new business opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for generating deals from various sales channels, promoting our top-notch implementation, consultation, and professional services to prospective clients, and delivering exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The Sales Account Manager will work closely with the sales team, technical consultants, and management to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at achieving revenue objectives and fostering business expansion.
  • Identify potential clientele and cultivate leads utilizing diverse channels such as cold outreach, networking endeavors, and referrals.
  • Assess lead viability by comprehensively understanding customer requisites, financial parameters, project timelines, and decision-making protocols.
  • Conduct informative product demonstrations and presentations highlighting the features and advantages of Odoo ERP solutions.
  • Create compelling sales proposals and adeptly negotiate contracts to secure favorable agreements.

Account Management:

  • Foster and sustain robust relationships with key clientele, gaining insights into their operational needs and strategic objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant to clients, offering specialized guidance on leveraging Odoo ERP solutions to address business hurdles and optimize workflows.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Odoo modules and services, maximizing revenue streams from existing accounts.
  • Conduct periodic account reviews to gauge client satisfaction, gather feedback, and pinpoint areas ripe for enhancement.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including implementation specialists and support personnel, to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis:

  • Remain abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the ERP software domain.
  • Undertake thorough market research initiatives to pinpoint emerging opportunities and target sectors ripe for Odoo ERP adoption.
  • Analyze competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning to effectively differentiate Odoo's value proposition.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

  • Maintain meticulous and up-to-date sales documentation, encompassing customer interactions, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
  • Deliver regular, insightful reports to management, highlighting sales performance metrics, market trends, and client feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and management to delineate sales objectives, develop strategic initiatives, and formulate actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated success in software sales, ideally within the ERP or business management software sector, with a solid track record spanning 3 to 4 years.
  • Profound familiarity with Odoo ERP solutions is essential.
  • Comprehensive grasp of the sales lifecycle, encompassing lead generation through to successful deal closure.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of effectively conveying intricate concepts to audiences ranging from technical experts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven capacity to cultivate and sustain client relationships, underpinned by a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a keen focus on achieving sales targets while upholding elevated standards of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborative mindset conducive to team environments, adept at coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Sales experience in the GCC region is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
